WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!

Okay so I've tried to stay out of this, but I can no longer ignore AMANDA BYNES! What is this bitch doing?!?! She's gotten into like...17 accidents, hits and runs, and was caught smoking something out of a pipe in her car.

I really don't even know what to think about this. Is it a cry (or several cries) for help? Does she just want the attention and the publicity?
